Layaway: |
If you are interested in our layaway program,
please phone us at: 1.800.953.2869 to set up your layaway
account. All layaways require 20% down
of the total invoice (products) plus applicable tax (AZ only) and
shipping. The layaway deposit is non-refundable and cannot be
transferred to another layaway. Sale items may be
excluded from layaway. Late payments will incur a $5 late charge
and will be added to the total remaining balance, unless
arrangements are made for such late payments.
Payments must be made regularly, as
scheduled, and we must receive them on or before the day they are
due. The layaway may be cancelled by us if more than 2 payments
are late, or if the layaway is not paid off in full by the time
the layaway is scheduled to end; if cancelled, the order will be
voided and your deposit plus 10% of payments made will not be
refundable.
All orders are placed when the final payment
is made. Shipping is a separate, required payment after the
final layaway payment is made. |

Playground Equipment |

UPON TRUCK DELIVERY, you are
required to inspect for damages. If damage to shipment has
occurred, you must note it on the bill of lading BEFORE the driver
leaves.
You must check to see that you are receiving the same number of
cartons, bundles, welded frames, etc., indicated on your receipt.
Note any shortages or visible damager on your receipt and have
the driver note these also. Please contact us
immediately. If you discover damage of any kind, DO NOT
DESTROY ANY ORIGINAL SHOPPING CARTONS.
Furthermore, upon receipt of equipment, you will have 10 days to
verify all parts (nuts, bolts, etc.) are accounted for, and to
report a shortage. You will not receive, free of charge,
additional parts if you fail to call after this time frame. Please
refer to your detailed assembly instructions/paperwork for
warranty information.

STANDARD
size/weight for shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. These items are considered non-freight and will
ship via UPS, Fedex or USPS. Items that are Freight ''
will be marked with a 'truck' icon and will incur additional

In most cases, non-freight shipping (see above) in
the United States will be calculated at a percentage of your
purchase. PLEASE NOTE: odd-size/weight items may be excluded and
shipping for these items will not be calculated upon checkout.

freight. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii will also incur

Return Policy & Warranty |
Damaged items:

You are responsible for verifying and
inspecting all shipments at the time of delivery. If you are not
pleased with the condition of the shipment, make a note of it on
the bill of lading before the freight carrier leaves, or
refuse the shipment. We require that you report such items
within 48 hours from receipt. |

Return/Exchange
Policy: |
Returns will not be accepted without
prior authorization from us and must be made within 30
days. Returns must be in original, unused condition and
packaging. When requesting authorization to make
returns, please include date of purchase (billing date) and invoice
number. Returns are
subject to additional shipping fees and/or restocking fees.
RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM US may not be
refunded. Failure to return an item without prior
authorization from us may result in the forfeiture of your
product(s) and any payment we received for such product(s). The
original packaging must be used to re-pack the item for return
shipping.

Credits for returned merchandise may take
1-2 weeks from the time your item is returned the warehouse.
Each returned item has to be inspected for use and damage before a

Manufacturer Policies - All of
our products carry a manufacturer warranty. For information
regarding your specific product warranty, please contact us. If you have a product warranty
claim, please contact us for assistance and have your date of
purchase and/or receipt number available. |

Restocking Fees:

25% - 40% restocking fee will apply on all
returns. Shipping costs are not refundable and return
shipping fees are purchasers responsibility. Only unused
items may be returned. Items must be in original packaging. |

Cancellations:

Most orders placed cannot be
cancelled and will be subject to a 25% - 40% restocking fee (if
items have been shipped) and/or an administration fee to
cancel the order. Shipping charges incurred for returning items
will be the responsibility of the customer. |

Materials Used |
Materials Used |
The furniture items we carry are generally made
from birch, birch plywood, birch veneer, laminates, various hard
wood such as maple, and MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) all of
which are very strong. Depending on the item, peg board backing is
also used as is plywood backing. Dado construction is most
commonly used, however there are some items may have dowel
pinning. These are all industry-standard materials, and building
practices. Other furniture items we
carry may be constructed using injection molded plastics,
propylene plastics, vinyl-coated fabrics, steel
frame/construction, etc. All the
products sold at DaycareMall.com are manufactured specifically for
the early childhood/educational market. All products are
considered 'commercial' and are suitable for daily use. |
